The “Great Resignation” continues and will be with us for the foreseeable future. This round table will examine how leaders can retain top talent from a value, purpose, and culture perspective. Value is the compensation package, which leaders need to highlight and adjust if they can. Purpose is the meaning of the work and answers the question, “Why does our organization and team exist?” Last, and perhaps most important, we will examine how a leader can leverage a positive culture to retain top talent
