Romar Leadership Round Table: Developing Judgment in Leadership Development

In our final Management and Leadership Round Table of 2021, we'll consider the important subject of how development professionals can help leaders develop the skills they need to exercise good judgment.

Good judgment is arguably the defining skill of a good leader. Leaders make decisions that impact many lives. Making good decisions consistently requires good judgment.

Romar President Dave Davis will lead the conversation in this 60-minute virtual forum. Anyone involved in developing leaders is welcome to share ideas and techniques to help our leaders reach their full potential and impact the future in a positive way.

Who should participate? 

Anyone who develops leaders or who has an interest in leadership skills. All are welcome! 

When is it? 

The next round table takes place Monday, November 29 at 12:00 noon CT (1:00 p.m. ET and 10:00 a.m. PT). Dave Davis will host the 60-minute virtual forum.
