Webinar: Performance Objectives vs. Learning Objectives

For the next few weeks, we're offering complimentary webinars on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. CDT and Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. CDT. Romar's President David Davis will lead these 45-minute online interactive presentations, ideal for both new and experienced training professionals.

Ordinary learning objectives can lack action or real application in the workplace. The goal of effective learning should be to develop specific skills, knowledge, or behaviors that help learners be more effective at their work. A more effective type of learning objective is a performance objective, which places the focus of the learning on what the learners will be able to do with the learning. This change makes learning more action-oriented and meaningful.

Join us to learn how to transition your learning objectives into action-oriented performance objectives that have an impact on your learners. Click the button below to sign up for the webinar. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the training.
